Agreement and eligibility

By using RWReset, you agree to these Terms, the Community Rules and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit content, vote, chat, ask the agent or use support features.

You must be legally able to accept these Terms. The service is not directed to children under 16. A parent or guardian must supervise use where local law requires it.

Independent MVP

RWReset is an experimental, independently operated community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by OpenAI. “Codex”, “OpenAI” and third-party names belong to their respective owners. RWReset does not access or change your OpenAI account, limits, subscription, billing or reset schedule.

What signals mean

A RESET submission, poll, helpful vote, comment, chat message or Community Pulse item is community activity only. It is not an instruction delivered to OpenAI, proof of a unique physical person, a promise that limits will reset, or an official measurement. One signed browser actor may add one standard button signal and, after finding the terminal easter egg, one separate bonus terminal signal per active cycle.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant the RWReset operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, transmit and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve and promote the community service. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal records and material already shared outside RWReset.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit the content and links, and that they do not violate law, contracts, privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property or another person's rights. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse rate limits, automate votes, evade moderation, impersonate others, publish malware or deceptive links, scrape personal data, disrupt the service, probe systems without authorization, or use RWReset for illegal, fraudulent, harassing or rights-infringing activity. Coordinated manipulation and repeated self-promotion may be treated as spam.

Moderation and access

RWReset may review, label, limit, reject, hide or remove content and may restrict an actor to protect people, the service or legal rights. Human moderation remains responsible for final publication decisions described in the Rules. Enforcement may be imperfect and does not create a duty to continuously monitor every item.

AI and information

Reset Agent and AI-assisted features can be incomplete, outdated or wrong. They are not official OpenAI statements and are not legal, financial, medical, security or other professional advice. Verify important information with primary sources. See the AI Transparency Policy.

External destinations

Third-party links are governed by the External Links Policy. RWReset validation, moderation and the exit warning reduce obvious risk but do not certify a site, owner, product, transaction or privacy practice. Your dealings with a third party are between you and that third party.

Optional support

Agent Fuel is a manually maintained community-support indicator, not an audited account, balance, fundraising total or promise of service. Support transfers are voluntary and do not buy votes, ranking, moderation influence, ownership or guaranteed availability. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible; verify the address and network yourself. Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

Availability and changes

The MVP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features, data, cycles or policies may change, pause or end. RWReset does not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, accurate counters, successful AI output or preservation of every submission. Material policy changes will be dated on the relevant page.

Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the RWReset operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost data, lost profit, business interruption, third-party conduct, external destinations, reliance on community or AI content, or unauthorized use of your device.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your submissions, your device and browser security, independently verifying destinations and complying with law. If your unlawful content or intentional misuse causes a third-party claim, you may be responsible for resulting loss to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Disputes and severability

Mandatory law and mandatory courts remain unaffected. Before formal action, please submit a legal report so the operator can investigate. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver.
